& CANCELATION POLICY
Phoenix in Flight Beauty Services books by appointment only. All appointments need to be booked at least 3 days in advance for non-events, and a retainer of $25 is mandatory to book. If booking online, you must book with "No-show Protection" and enter a valid card number that can be saved to your Square© client appointment hub.
For special events, we require a longer notice.:
At least 1 month (4 weeks) in advance
At least 2 months (8 weeks) in advance
In the event an appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, please do so no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If we are not notified within 48 hours before your appointment you will forfeit your retainer of $25, or if you booked online, you will be charged the "No-show Fee" of $25. Please note, although we understand every "No-show" may be situational, we still use strict discretion.
All retainers/deposits are non-refundable regardless of when your appointment was rescheduled/canceled. If you are considered a no-show (no 48-hour notice), you will forfeit your retainer, or you will be charged the $25 fee. You will also be marked as a "No-show Appointment" on our Square© Appointments booking app. We have the right to refuse future services for any "No-show" client.
CAN I USE MY RETAINER FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?
YES, YOU MAY USE AN ALREADY PAID RETAINER AND PUT IT TOWARDS ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. BUT MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 14 DAYS.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO GIVE MY CARD NUMBER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
WE USE A VERY SECURE PROCESSING COMPANY, SQUARE©. ALL PAYMENTS GO THROUGH THIS PROCESSING COMPANY. EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN STORE YOUR CARD, WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR FULL CARD INFO. WHEN BOOKING WE HAVE TWO OPTIONS, YOU CAN CONTACT US AND WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR THE SERVICE(S) OR YOU CAN BOOK ONLINE AND USE YOUR CARD NUMBER.
IS THE RETAINER AN EXTRA COST?
NO, THE RETAINER GOES TOWARD THE TOTAL COST OF THE APPOINTMENT.
