& CANCELATION POLICY
Phoenix in Flight Beauty Services books by appointment only. All appointments need to be booked at least 3 days in advance for non-events and must be booked with "No-show Protection" with a valid card number that can be saved to your Square© client appointment hub.
For special events, we require a longer notice.:
At least 8 months (32 weeks) in advance
$135 Retainer | $110 Micro Retainer

In the event an appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, please do so no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Not doing so will result in a $25 cancelation fee. You are considered a no-show 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment and will be charged the FULL SERVICE amount. We have the right to refuse future appointments for no-show clients.
All retainers/deposits are non-refundable regardless of when your appointment was rescheduled/canceled.
CAN I TRANSFER MY RETAINER RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?
YES, YOU MAY USE AN ALREADY PAID RETAINER AND PUT IT TOWARDS ANOTHER WEDDING DATE. BUT MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 1 YEAR, THOUGH, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL BE AVAILABLE IF NEEDING TO MOVE A WEDDING DATE. RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF CLIENT CANCELS.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO GIVE MY CARD NUMBER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
A CARD IS REQUIRED TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, BUT THE SERVICE CAN BE PAID WITH CASH AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. WE USE A VERY SECURE PROCESSING COMPANY, SQUARE©. ALL PAYMENTS GO THROUGH THIS PROCESSING COMPANY. EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN STORE YOUR CARD, WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR FULL CARD INFO.
IS THE RETAINER AN EXTRA COST?
NO, THE RETAINER GOES TOWARD THE TOTAL COST OF THE WEDDING.
