BOOKING

Phoenix in Flight Beauty Services books by appointment only. All appointments need to be booked at least 3 days in advance for non-events and must be booked with "No-show Protection" with  a valid card number that can be saved to your Square© client appointment hub.
 
For special events, we require a longer notice.: 

WEDDINGS
At least 8 months (32 weeks) in advance
•$135 Non-Refundable Retainer

CANCELATIONS

In the event an appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled, please do so no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Not doing so will result in a $25 cancelation fee. You are considered a no-show 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment and will also be charged $25. We have the right to refuse future appointments for no-show clients. If your card is attempted and the fee amount is declined, you will not be permitted to make future appointments.

RETAINERS

All retainers/deposits are non-refundable regardless of when your appointment was rescheduled/canceled. For Events and Proms/Formals your retainer is the "Card on File" feature.

CAN I TRANSFER MY RETAINER RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?
YES, YOU MAY USE AN ALREADY PAID RETAINER AND PUT IT TOWARDS ANOTHER WEDDING DATE. BUT MUST BE RESCHEDULED WITHIN 1 YEAR, THOUGH, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL BE AVAILABLE IF NEEDING TO MOVE A WEDDING DATE. RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF THE CLIENT CANCELS.

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT BOOKING. WHAT DO I DO? ALL WEDDING AND EVENT RETAINERS ARE
NONREFUNDABLE REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICES. IN THE EVENT YOU NO LONGER NEED OUR SERVICES FOR YOUR WEDDING OR EVENT, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. YOUR APPOINTMENT AND INVOICE WILL BE CANCELED,  BUT PLEASE REMEMBER THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT. IF YOU ARE NEEDING TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR SKINCARE OR (NON-EVENT) MAKEUP APPOINTMENT, PLEASE DO SO NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT GIVE NOTICE WITHIN THE 48 HOUR PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELATION/NO-SHOW FEE OF $25. 

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO GIVE MY CARD NUMBER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
A CARD IS REQUIRED TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, BUT THE SERVICE CAN BE PAID WITH CASH AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. WE USE A VERY SECURE PROCESSING COMPANY, SQUARE©. ALL PAYMENTS GO THROUGH THIS PROCESSING COMPANY. EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN STORE YOUR CARD, WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR FULL CARD INFO.
 
IS THE RETAINER AN EXTRA COST?
NO, THE RETAINER GOES TOWARD THE TOTAL COST OF THE WEDDING OR PARTY.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER IM 15 MINUTES LATE? ONCE YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED AND AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED OUR LATE FEE OF $25. ONCE YOUR CARD IS CHARGED THE FEE, YOU CAN REBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANOTHER TIME. IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED AND YOU HAVEN'T CONTACTED US, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

WHAT IF I FORGET ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT? WE SEND OUT MULTIPLE REMINDERS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, INCLUDING THE DAY BEFORE. WE CAN ALSO SEE WHEN THESE REMINDERS ARE SENT/RECEIVED. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, YOU CAN DO SO FROM OUR APPOINTMENT SITE.
